HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We aim to ship each order within 5 working days.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 (2-3 days delivery) Orders outwith the UK are sent via Royal Mail Airmail (7-21 days delivery). Please note that these times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
COVID-19 Shipping Update
Shipping times continue to be disrupted worldwide due to the covid-19 outbreak. Much of our mail is arriving on time - but please do bear in mind that delays are more likely at the moment. We are so grateful for your patience.

CAN I SEND A GIFT DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE?
Yes! There should be an option for you to select an alternative address during the checkout process- however- if you have any problems just drop us a line at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help.
As standard, our dispatch notes don't include item prices so don't worry about this being included in orders.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED- WHAT DO I DO?
Please allow around 5-7 working days from date of order for your delivery to arrive and bear in mind that Covid-19 is continuing to cause delayed mail worldwide.
Our UK orders have delivery confirmation scans - please check this (the link is in your dispatch confirmation email) for any updates on delivery of your parcel. This will only update once delivery has been attempted.
If you believe your order is delayed- we'd recommend you first get in touch with your Local Royal Mail Delivery office to check if your parcel is waiting for you there. (The easiest way to check is by popping in, in person, as not all Delivery Offices are able to check over the phone)
If your order is not with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, please get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number and your delivery address and we'll do our best to help.
CAN I STOCK YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY STORE?
We accept trade enquiries from Bricks & Mortar retail stores & can wholesale our exclusively designed products (e.g our Notepads, Washi Tapes) If you're interested in stocking our products please get in touch via email@example.com.
